50mm right angle fan duct designed to mount to a standard 60mm fan and get it to suck from or blow towards where you want it to. First, make sure you have a 50mm computer fan and refer to the technical drawing. Then measure where you are mounting it (NAS/computer case/etc.) how much clearance you have moving perpendicular away from the fan face and pick the biggest duct height that will fit. NOTE – if you are using this in an outdoors enclosure that sits in direct sunlight then please select the green PETG model which can take up to 180F with no softening. Note, you should choose the 30mm height if it will fit as there will be no constriction – the exit and blades are nearly the same area at 30mm height. PLEASE CHECK TECHNICAL DRAWING TO ASSURE FIT. COMES ONLY AS SHOWN – ONE (1) FAN DUCT AND 4 M5 SELF-TAPPING COMPUTER FAN SCREWS;

50mm to 60mm fan adapter plate. Let’s you mount a 20mm fan in a fan slot that can only fit a 60mm fan. Comes with the 8 screws you’ll need; really easy just screw your 50mm fan to the plate and then the plate to the case. Fits standard 50mm fans and 60mm slots. Will almost certainly fit unless you have a really strange fan; if in doubt refer to the technical drawing and measure your fan & fan slot. Unlike other adapters, this design completely fills in the frame around the smaller 50mm fan so the case is still sealed to air afterwards and your fan works as efficiently as possible providing airflow. If you need an adapter for other sizes to other sizes let me know and I can design one for you. Note, picture of white adapter in use in the case are of the 92mm to 120mm version – picture just to show you what the white looks like ONLY ONE ADAPTER AND EIGHT (8) SCREWS INCLUDED.

Duct that lets you mount a larger 120mm fan to a 40mm fan slot with a 90 degree corner turn so that you can get away form the 40mm fan slot to have space for the 120mm fan. Get way better cooling with less noise using a larger fan than originally intended. Ideal for using passively-cooled server GPUs in normal computer cases. OR cool your solar inverter way better than whatever small fan it had on before. Please look at technical drawing for exact dimensions. Comes with duct, 4 M5 self-tapping screws for the 120mm fan, and 4 M3 6mm bolts for the mount on 40mm side. All mounting holes are M4.

40mm fan duct designed to mount to a standard 40mm fan and get to suck from or blow where you want it to. There are 3 mounting option designs as 40mm fans are not so standard in the size of the mounting holes (the spacing is very standard though). On some the holes are too small and only take an M3 bolt – choose ‘M3 Bolt Mount Option’ – does not come with any metal hardware. On others they’re bigger and can take an M5 or #8×1/4” self-tapping screw – choose ‘Self Tapping Mount Option’ comes with 4x of each screw.Other times there’s a metal grill in the way or you just want to superglue and be done with it – choose ‘Glue Mount Option’. Note, if you use self-tapping option it is highly recommended you start the threading into the duct first while laying it flat on a table and making sure you screw straight. Then, pick up the duct with the screws stuck in it and hold it against the fan and screw all the way. Note, you should choose the 25mm height if it will fit as there will be no constriction – the exit and blades are nearly the same area at 25mm height. PLEASE CHECK TECHNICAL DRAWING TO ASSURE FIT. COMES ONLY AS SHOWN – ONE (1) FAN DUCT; SELF TAPPING OPTION COMES WITH 8 SELF TAPPING SCREWS (4X M5 and 4X #8×1/4”) .M3 BOLT OPTION DOES NOT COME WITH ANY METAL HARDWARE.

Adapter plate intended for replacing the stock 80mm fan and mounting a larger, better, and quieter 92mm fan onto the popular Dell 089R8J heatsinks found throughout the Optiplex line and also in some HP models. This adapter smoothly reduces the larger 92mm fan’s airflow to the heatsink’s 80mm circle. Comes with the 4 screws you’ll need; really easy use the included M5 screws to mount the 92mm fan and then use the small screws the heatsink comes with to mount the bracket+fan to the heatsink. Finally, tighten down the heatsink to the CPU. Fits standard 92mm fans.Will almost certainly fit unless you have a really strange fan; if in doubt refer to the technical drawing and measure your fan & fan slot. ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU’RE NOT SURE! YOU WILL NEED 10mm clearance (about 1/3′)’ above beyond where the 80mm fan sits now. You almost certainly have it in the Dell or HP case, but please check. This design smoothly enlarges/shrinks between the 80mm and 92mm sizes and has good plenum volume for optimal airflow. Unlike other adapters, this design completely fills in the frame around the larger fan so everything is still sealed airtight afterwards and your fan works as efficiently as possible providing airflow. If you need an adapter for other sizes to other sizes let me know and I can design one for you. ONLY ONE ADAPTER AND FOUR (4) SCREWS INCLUDED.

S duct for standard 80mm computer fans. Redirects airflow around an immediate obstacle that’s directly in front of the fan. Comes in custom heights (thickness of duct) and custom total lengths. To purchase the right one first measure your fan size (total width) and make sure it’s 80mm. Then, measure from the further edge of the fan to where you want the duct to end – that’s total length (see technical drawing). Then, measure from the fan directly forward in the (usual) airflow direction until you hit the obstacle you need to get around – this is the height. If you want the duct in a color other than black OR if you are going to be using this duct in an outdoors enclosure in direct sunlight, you probably want to do the green PETG or black ASA material which can withstand up to 180F (ASA 220F). Please message me or leave a message on checkout in that case. If you have some other fan size or need another height or want another color, just message me and I can design something to work for you. COMES ONLY AS SHOWN – ONE (1) FAN DUCT AND 4 M5 SELF TAPPING SCREWS

120mm to 80mm fan adapter plate. Let’s you mount a larger 120mm fan in a fan slot that can only fit a 80mm fan. Or vice versa if you want to mount a strong 80mm fan more inwards on a 120mm fan slot than a 120mm fan would sit. Comes with the 8 screws you’ll need; really easy just screw your 120mm fan to the plate and then the plate to the case. Fits standard 80mm fans and 120mm slots. Will almost certainly fit unless you have a really strange fan; if in doubt refer to the technical drawing and measure your fan & fan slot. ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU’RE NOT SURE! Clearance height is if you are replacing a 80mm fan and it was sitting in a well or some other tight space and you need to move away from the fan slot to get clearance for the enlarging cone of the adapter or the larger 120mm fan. If you are mounting an 80mm where a 120mm fan used to sit, then just pick the minimum clearance height it doesn’t matter in your case. This design smoothly enlarges/shrinks between the 80mm and 120mm sizes and has good plenum volume for optimal airflow. Unlike other adapters, this design completely fills in the frame around either fan so everything is still sealed airtight afterwards and your fan works as efficiently as possible providing airflow. If you need an adapter for other sizes to other sizes let me know and I can design one for you. ONLY ONE ADAPTER AND EIGHT (8) SCREWS INCLUDED.
