GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GAMING OC 12GB GDDR6X Graphics Card [Model GV-N308TGAMING OC-12GD]. The card had a known manufacturing defect that causes one of the driver MOSFETS to burn out. I replaced the Driver MOSFET, removed the erroneous capacitor causing the issue (the defect) and tested the card using Furmark, with no issues. It also has fresh thermal paste and pads. The Furmark run is included as a photo. The card is in good shape overall.
