These were purchased at an electronics wholesale company liquidation last year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes. We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. We do not know what equipment these were originally produced for, but the leads of the fan pairs are bundled together with shrink tubing. However, that doesn’t prevent you from removing the shrink tubing and using them individually if desired. Again, each purchase quantity includes one pair of fans, bundled together as shown.
